If another partner holds it, we say so plainly. Each market has one partner, and a taken market stays closed while that partner holds it.
A market here means one high-ticket service in one metro, served by a ranking property that WynterIX builds and owns. The partner who holds it receives every call and form from that property, and no one else does. We screen each request against demand, ticket size, and how quickly you can answer calls, then reply within one business day.
Every lead is judged against a written policy.
Before you apply, read the lead policy for exclusive market partners. It defines a qualified lead, lists what is credited (wrong numbers, solicitations, out-of-territory calls, duplicates, and requests for services the market does not cover), and sets out how disputes are settled. The same document is part of every partnership agreement.
