QUALIFICATION // FIT

Who we work with, and who we turn away.

WynterIX works with established businesses that sell jobs or engagements worth roughly $4,000 or more, have a sales process that can answer a lead within the hour, and can commit to a ninety-day minimum. We turn away anyone who needs results in thirty days, shops on price, or wants shortcuts.

A fit

  • Established service businesses with jobs or engagements from roughly $4,000. At that ticket size, one extra client a month pays for serious acquisition work.
  • Private-pay practices, including concierge, cash-pay, and telehealth. Buyers research these carefully and increasingly ask an AI before they book.
  • B2B service firms with high-value engagements. Their buyers read, compare, and shortlist long before they make contact.
  • A decision maker who will be on the calls. Plans stall when the person who can approve a change is never in the room.
  • A sales process that can receive leads within the hour. A lead that waits a day is usually a lead someone else has booked.

Most of our clients also want one firm accountable for the whole path, from search to booked client, rather than four vendors blaming each other.

Not a fit

  • You need results in thirty days. Nothing we sell becomes measurable in less than ninety.
  • You are shopping on price. Our floors are published and they are floors.
  • You have no sales process. We can produce leads, but an unanswered lead is wasted spend.
  • You want shortcuts: bought links, fake reviews, or anything that risks a penalty.
  • You want to be told what you want to hear. Our reports say what did not move as plainly as what did.
  • Your situation involves regulated lead referral. We do not offer referral-fee or lead-brokering arrangements in healthcare, and we do not offer exclusive lead partnerships to law firms.

A no is not a judgment on your business. It means we are not the right firm now, and we would rather say so before you spend anything. The standards behind this list are on how we work.

Industries we know

Three industries make up most of our work, because ticket sizes there justify a full acquisition system. Each page explains how search and automation work in that market.

Not on the list? Apply anyway if the ticket size and the sales process are there. The industries overview explains what the three have in common.

What the application asks

The application takes about two minutes and has no surprises. It starts with your name, company, and work email. Your phone number and current website are optional.

  1. What you sell: home services or trades, a healthcare or private-pay practice, professional services, B2B software or services, or other.
  2. Your typical job or engagement value, in bands from under $2,000 to over $100,000.
  3. What you need, as checkboxes: website, SEO, AEO, GEO, AI automation, a full client acquisition system, an exclusive market partnership, or not sure yet.
  4. The monthly investment you are prepared to make, in bands, or project only.
  5. When you want to start, and who will be on the calls.
  6. Anything else we should know, up to 1,000 characters, and how you found WynterIX.
  7. A consent line confirming you understand the ninety-day minimum and our one-business-day reply.

Nothing on the form blocks you, including a low ticket size or budget. We read every application and reply within one business day, yes or no. If you want a market to yourself instead, check market availability.

If the answer is yes, the next step is a 30-minute call with the people who would do the work, then a written scope. There is no pressure and no sales sequence. If the answer is no, we tell you why, and where we can, what would change it.
