Privacy policy.
WynterIX LLC collects what you type into our application and market forms, plus cookieless visit counts and bot-protection signals. We use it to answer you and to decide whether we can help. We never sell it. You can ask to see, correct, or delete it through the form on our contact page.
Effective date: September 23, 2026. This policy explains how WynterIX LLC (WynterIX, we, or us) handles information collected through this website. It covers the site and its two forms only. Client engagements are covered by the confidentiality and data terms in each signed agreement.
We collect what you send us through the two forms.
The application form asks for your name, company, work email, and optionally your phone number and current website. It also asks what you sell, your typical job or engagement value, what you need, the monthly investment you are prepared to make, when you want to start, who will be on calls, how you found us, and anything else you choose to add.
The market availability form asks for your name, company, work email, phone number, service, metro, state, typical job value, whether you buy leads today, whether you can answer calls within one hour during business hours, your preferred fee structure, and any notes. Both forms record your consent statement and which form you used.
Please do not put sensitive personal information in the free-text fields, such as health details, financial account numbers, or government identification. We do not need it and we do not ask for it.
We count visits without cookies.
We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service. It records page views, referring pages, browser and device type, country, and page load performance. It does not set cookies or store identifiers in your browser, and we see the results only as totals.
We run no advertising tags, no third-party tracking pixels, and no session recording. We set no cookies of our own for tracking or advertising.
Bot protection checks the browser, not the person.
Both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that separates people from automated bots, usually without asking you to solve a puzzle. To do this, it processes signals such as your IP address (the network address of your connection), browser type and settings, and how the page was loaded.
When you submit a form, our server sends the Turnstile result and your IP address to Cloudflare to confirm the submission came from a person. We use this only to block spam and abuse. Cloudflare processes Turnstile data under its own privacy policy.
Your submission is delivered by email through Resend.
After a submission passes the bot check, our server formats your answers as a plain-text email and sends it through Resend, an email delivery service, to a WynterIX inbox. Resend processes the message to deliver it and keeps delivery records under its own terms.
Our server does not log the contents of your submission. Once delivered, your submission lives in our email account, and our replies come from WynterIX.
Our hosting provider keeps limited technical records.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical request data, including IP addresses, to deliver pages, block attacks, and limit abusive traffic. It may set strictly necessary security cookies for that purpose. These records are not used by us to identify visitors.
We use your information to answer you and nothing else.
- To read and evaluate your application or market request.
- To reply, ask questions, schedule a call, and prepare a written scope.
- To keep a record of what was proposed if an engagement follows.
- To protect the site and the forms from spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for. A person reads every submission. No automated system decides whether we work with you.
We never sell your information.
WynterIX does not sell personal information and never will. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (ads targeted from your activity across other sites), and we do not trade or license contact lists.
We disclose information only to service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as Cloudflare, Resend, and our email and document providers, for our purposes alone. We may also disclose it when the law requires, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or to a buyer if the business is sold, under this same policy.
We keep information only as long as it is useful.
Submissions that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months of our last contact with you. If we work together, we keep your information for the length of the engagement and as long afterward as tax, legal, and accounting rules require.
Analytics are kept only as aggregate totals. Turnstile and hosting records are kept by Cloudflare under its own retention rules, and delivery records by Resend under its own.
How we protect what you send.
The site is served only over encrypted connections. The form endpoint validates every field, rejects bots, and limits repeated submissions. Access to submissions is limited to the people who evaluate them. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
How to see, correct, or delete your information.
Use the contact form and say in Anything else what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We confirm your identity by replying to the email address you used on the form. We acknowledge requests within one business day and complete them within the time the law allows. There is no fee.
Your rights if you live in California.
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives California residents the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and to receive a copy. You also have the right to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out regardless.
In the past 12 months we collected identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), professional details (company and role), commercial details (budget and job value ranges), and internet activity (bot-protection signals and aggregate analytics). They came from you and your browser, and we used them for the purposes listed above. We do not collect sensitive personal information to infer anything about you.
You may use an authorized agent, and we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. Residents of other states with consumer privacy laws have similar rights, and we honor the same requests from anyone. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
This site is not meant for children.
This is a business website. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
When this policy changes.
If we change this policy, we update the effective date at the top of this page. We will not use information already collected in a materially different way without your consent. Questions about this policy go through the contact form.
