FLAGSHIP // PERMAFROST
A client acquisition system, not a stack of vendors.
A client acquisition system is one accountable program that runs the whole path from search to booked client: the website, visibility in Google and AI answers, intake automation, and conversion work. WynterIX builds and runs it as PERMAFROST, and reports one number every month: qualified opportunities, and what each one cost.
The problem with four vendors and no owner
Most established businesses buy growth in pieces. A web shop builds the site. An SEO shop, hired for search engine optimization, chases Google rankings. An ads shop buys clicks. A consultant sets up a CRM, the customer relationship management software that tracks leads and deals, and nobody maintains it.
Each vendor reports its own slice, and each slice looks fine. Traffic is up, rankings are up, clicks are cheap. The phone does not ring more, and nobody owns the question of why.
WynterIX takes the whole path, from the search a buyer types to the appointment on your calendar. We report one number every month: qualified opportunities, and the cost of each. When it moves, we can tell you why. When it does not, there is no one else to blame.
What the system contains
Search now runs across three disciplines. SEO is ranking in Google's classic results. AEO, answer engine optimization, is being the direct answer in featured snippets, People Also Ask, and voice assistants. GEO, generative engine optimization, is being cited and recommended inside AI answers from engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
- 01
The website
Fast, clear, and built with one path to contact. If your current site fails that test, a rebuild can be added as a separate project.
- 02
Search visibility
SEO, AEO, and GEO run as one program, so you are found in Google, pulled as the answer, and cited by AI engines.
- 03
Intake automation
Missed-call response, instant qualification, follow-up sequences, booking, and review requests, built on your own accounts.
- 04
Conversion work
Monthly changes to forms, calls to action, page order, and proof placement, tested against real traffic.
- 05
Attribution
Every lead tagged with the page and search that produced it, and followed through to booked or lost.
Each part is a line we also sell on its own. The search work alone is our SEO program for high-ticket businesses. The intake layer alone is an AI automation project. Sold together, they share one plan, one set of data, and one accountable firm.
How it is measured
We measure the system by what reaches your calendar, not by what reaches your site. We connect to your CRM so every lead can be followed to its outcome, and we agree the terms of success before the work starts.
- Week one: we agree in writing what a qualified opportunity is for your business, typically a real buyer, in your service area, for work you want, at a size worth your time.
- Call tracking: each page and channel gets its own tracked number, so every call is credited to the source that produced it.
- Form attribution: every form submission carries its source page and search with it.
- CRM stage reporting: leads are followed through to booked, won, or lost, not counted at the door.
- Monthly review: one report and one call on what moved, what did not, and what changes next, plus a quarterly strategy review.
The headline is always the same two figures: qualified opportunities per month, and cost per qualified opportunity. Rankings, impressions, and AI citations appear in the report as leading signals. They are never presented as the result.
Six months minimum, here is why
Our standard minimum for any engagement is ninety days. PERMAFROST is six months, then month to month with 30 days written notice. The difference is not a sales tactic. It follows from the timeline.
Months one to three build and activate: foundations, tracking, new pages, and the first automations. Months four to six are the compounding phase, where head terms (the broad, high-volume searches) move, the share of AI answers citing you grows, automation is fully wired, and leads are attributed end to end. That is where the system pays, and a shorter term ends it just before the return.
We state this as a filter, not a concession. If six months is too long a horizon for your business, this is the wrong program, and we will say so on the first call. The phase-by-phase reasoning is in how we work, and the PERMAFROST floor and terms are on the pricing page.
Who this is built for
Built for
- A working sales process that can receive and close more leads
- Ticket sizes that justify premium acquisition, such as trade jobs from roughly $4,000 or high-value professional engagements
- A decision maker on the monthly calls, not a delegate
- Willingness to change the site and intake when the data says so
Not built for
- Businesses that need results in thirty days
- Anyone shopping for the cheapest option
- Teams with no one to answer or follow up on leads
- Buyers who want gray-hat shortcuts
Industry matters less than economics. The fit is strongest where one extra booked client is worth far more than a month of work, as in high-ticket trades and private-pay healthcare practices. If a lead is worth little to you, no system will make it worth a premium program.
What to expect, and when
MONTH 1
Foundations
Technical fixes, tracking, content architecture, first builds.
MEASURABLE: Crawl health, indexation, baseline citations
MONTHS 2 TO 3
Activation
Pages live, entity and schema work, first AI citations, first ranking movement on long-tail terms.
MEASURABLE: Impressions, first page-two and page-one entries, first AI mentions
MONTHS 4 TO 6
Compounding
Head terms move, citation share grows, automation is fully wired, leads are attributed.
MEASURABLE: Qualified leads per month and cost per qualified lead
MONTHS 7 TO 12
Defend and expand
New markets, new service lines, more of what worked.
MEASURABLE: Growth against the month six baseline
In month one we lay foundations and wire tracking, so the baseline is measured before anything changes. Intake automation goes live early, because it recovers value from leads you already get. Search results follow the four phases above, and the qualified-opportunity number becomes reliable in the compounding phase.
Ninety days is our minimum because it is the shortest period in which anything we do becomes measurable. If someone promises a turnaround in thirty days, they are selling you the promise, not the turnaround.
Frequently asked
How is this different from hiring a specialist for each piece?
Specialists each optimize their own slice and report their own numbers. We own the whole path and report one outcome, so there is no gap between vendors for leads to fall into. When something underperforms, the fix is ours to find.
What counts as a qualified opportunity?
We define it with you in writing in week one. It is usually a real buyer, in your service area, for work you want, at a size worth your time. That definition is what we count and report every month.
Do I need a new website?
Not always. We audit your site in week one. If it loads slowly or hides the path to contact, we recommend a rebuild, quoted as a separate project. If it works, we improve it inside the program.
Do you run paid ads?
No. PERMAFROST is built on search visibility, conversion, and automation. If you run ads elsewhere, we attribute their leads alongside everything else, so you can compare what each channel produces.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The site, the content, the automations, and the tracking accounts are yours, with handover documentation. The only thing WynterIX builds and keeps is an exclusive market partnership property, which is a separate program.
What happens after six months?
The engagement continues month to month with 30 days written notice. Much of the return arrives after month six, so the plan for months seven to twelve is already written into the roadmap you receive in week one.
