PRICING // COMMITMENTS

Pricing and commitments, published so you can decide before you call.

WynterIX publishes its price floors and terms. FROST website builds start at $12,500. GLACIER search visibility starts at $4,500 per month, PERMAFROST client acquisition at $8,500 per month, and exclusive market partnerships at $1,500 per month. Every figure is a starting point for a scope, and every monthly program carries a written minimum term.

We publish floors and terms because hiding them wastes both our time. Every figure below is a starting point for a scope, not a menu price. If a floor is outside your budget, you know now, before you fill in an application or book a call.

Each package lists exactly what the money buys and what it does not. Nothing is bundled in small print, and nothing is added after signing without a written change to the scope.

FROST // GLACIER // PERMAFROST // PARTNERSHIP

The four packages

Three packages are built around your business and one is a separate program built around ours. FROST is the website. GLACIER is search visibility across Google and AI answer engines. PERMAFROST is the full client acquisition system. The exclusive market partnership is a property we own and dedicate to one partner.

A custom, performance-first website, written and built by WynterIX and owned by you.

From $12,500

One-time project. Delivered in 6 to 8 weeks.

What you get

  • Discovery session and a written site plan: every page, its purpose, its target search phrase, and its call to action, approved before design starts.
  • Custom design (no theme, no template), desktop and mobile, presented as two design directions, one chosen and refined.
  • Up to 12 pages built and written: home, services (up to 5), about, contact with the qualification form, pricing or plans if wanted, privacy, terms. Additional pages quoted per page.
  • All copy written by WynterIX from the discovery session, in your voice, search-structured (one page per buying intent, answer-first opening, question-shaped headings).
  • Technical build on a prebuilt, edge-delivered stack (loads in under two seconds on a phone, near-zero hosting cost, nothing to patch weekly).
  • Search and AI readiness: page titles, descriptions, structured data for the business and each service, sitemap, canonical facts (hours, phone, address, service list) consistent on every page.
  • Working contact and qualification form delivered to your inbox, with bot protection.
  • Call tracking number and form attribution connected, so you know which page produced which lead.
  • Analytics and Search Console set up on accounts you own.

GLACIER

Search Visibility Program (SEO + AEO + GEO)

Ranking in Google, being the answer in snippets and voice, and being cited inside AI answers, run as one program.

From $4,500 per month

90-day minimum, then month to month with 30 days written notice.

What you get

  • Week one: a written 12-month roadmap listing the pages to build, the pages to fix, the search phrases targeted, and what is measurable each month.
  • Technical foundation work in month one: crawl and indexing fixes, speed, structured data, canonical facts, internal links.
  • New money pages every month (target 4 to 6 pages or posts per month), each written to rank in Google, be pulled as an answer, and be cited by AI engines.
  • Rebuilds of existing pages that are close to ranking.
  • Entity and citation work: consistent business facts across the web, contributed articles and mentions in outlets named in the roadmap, no bought links.

Automation projects

From $5,000

Quoted per scope. 30 days of tuning after launch.

A single automation build (for example an AI receptionist, a lead follow-up sequence, or a reporting automation) on your own accounts, with documentation, testing on real traffic, and 30 days of tuning after launch.

FROST is a one-time project for a business whose site is slow, unclear, or invisible to search engines. It is delivered in 6 to 8 weeks, and a 90-day care window covers fixes and small changes after launch. When the care window ends, the site is yours and fully documented, and ongoing search work moves to GLACIER if you want it.

GLACIER is for a business with a site that works and a search presence that does not. It runs SEO, AEO, and GEO as one program. SEO (search engine optimization) is ranking in Google results. AEO (answer engine optimization) is being the answer in featured snippets and voice replies. GEO (generative engine optimization) is being cited inside AI answers from engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity.

PERMAFROST is the flagship. It includes everything in GLACIER, then adds intake automation, conversion work, and CRM connection (the link between your site and the system where your sales team tracks leads). It is measured as one number: qualified opportunities per month and the cost of each one.

The exclusive market partnership is not a service on your own site. WynterIX builds and ranks a property for one service in one metro and sends every call and form from it to one partner. A side-by-side view of all four is on the package comparison.

If you are unsure where to start, start with the problem. If no one finds you, GLACIER. If buyers find you and do not book, FROST plus an automation project, or PERMAFROST if you want the whole path handled. If you run a high-ticket trade and want a market to yourself, the partnership. The application asks what you need, and we will recommend one package, not the largest one.

Automation projects

Some businesses need one automation built well, not a monthly program. Automation projects are quoted per scope, from $5,000. A typical project is an AI receptionist for after-hours and overflow calls, a lead follow-up sequence, or a reporting automation that replaces a weekly spreadsheet.

Every project is built on your own accounts, not ours. It ships with documentation, it is tested on real traffic before it is called finished, and it includes 30 days of tuning after launch. Tuning means we watch how real callers and real leads move through it and adjust the logic until it holds.

Projects are scoped in writing before work starts: what the automation does, which accounts it touches, and what counts as done. The AI automation service page explains where automation pays in a service business and where we will decline to build it.

We decline automation that would hurt the client's reputation, such as an AI voice agent on a complex consultation or on regulated intake. In those cases we say so in writing and recommend a human process instead. An automation project can also be folded into PERMAFROST later, where intake automation is part of the monthly work.

COMMITMENT // IN WRITING

The ninety-day minimum

Ninety days is our minimum because it is the shortest period in which anything we do becomes measurable. If someone promises a turnaround in thirty days, they are selling you the promise, not the turnaround.

Technical changes take weeks to be recrawled by search engines. New content takes weeks to be indexed and weeks more to rank. AI engines refresh the sources they cite on their own cycles, and no one outside those companies controls the schedule.

Anyone selling a thirty-day turnaround is selling the promise. The minimum is a filter, not a concession: it keeps out buyers who will cancel just before the work starts to pay. GLACIER and the exclusive market partnership carry a ninety-day minimum. PERMAFROST carries a six-month minimum, because the compounding phase is where a full acquisition system earns its fee.

The minimum is also a commitment from our side. For ninety days you get the full program: the roadmap in week one, the builds, the monthly report, and the monthly call. We do not front-load the easy work and coast on the rest. After the minimum, every program runs month to month, so you stay because the numbers justify it, not because a contract says so.

What happens in each phase

Every monthly engagement follows the same four phases. Week one produces a written 12-month roadmap, so you know before month one ends what will happen and what will be measurable each month.

  1. MONTH 1

    Foundations

Technical fixes, tracking, content architecture, first builds.

MEASURABLE: Crawl health, indexation, baseline citations

  2. MONTHS 2 TO 3

    Activation

Pages live, entity and schema work, first AI citations, first ranking movement on long-tail terms.

MEASURABLE: Impressions, first page-two and page-one entries, first AI mentions

  3. MONTHS 4 TO 6

    Compounding

Head terms move, citation share grows, automation is fully wired, leads are attributed.

MEASURABLE: Qualified leads per month and cost per qualified lead

  4. MONTHS 7 TO 12

    Defend and expand

New markets, new service lines, more of what worked.

MEASURABLE: Growth against the month six baseline

Month one is foundations: technical fixes, tracking, content architecture, and the first builds. The measures are crawl health (whether search engines can reach every page), indexation (whether they keep those pages), and a baseline of AI citations. Little revenue moves in month one, and we say so in advance.

Months two and three are activation. Pages go live, entity and schema work lands, and the first ranking movement shows on long-tail terms, the longer and more specific searches that move first. The measures are impressions, first page-two and page-one entries, and first AI mentions.

Months four to six are compounding. Head terms (the short, competitive searches) start to move, citation share grows, automation is fully wired, and leads are attributed to the pages that produced them. The measures become qualified leads per month and cost per qualified lead.

Months seven to twelve are defend and expand: new markets, new service lines, and more of what worked. The detail of how each phase runs, and what you receive every month, is on how we work.

What you own when it ends

The website, the content, the automations, the accounts they run on, and every report we produced are yours. Analytics and Search Console are set up on accounts you own from the start, so there is nothing to transfer back at the end.

Every engagement closes with handover documentation: how the system works, how to edit it, and who to call. No hostage websites and no proprietary platform that stops working when the fees stop. Any competent developer or marketer can take it from there.

Exclusive market partnership properties are the exception, stated plainly. WynterIX funds the build and the ranking work, carries the risk, and keeps the property. The partner receives every lead from it for as long as the partnership runs, and the exclusive market partnership page explains why.

The reason is simple arithmetic. A partnership has no setup fee and a lower monthly floor because WynterIX carries the build cost and the ranking risk. Owning the property is how that risk is paid for. Everywhere else, you pay for the work and you keep what the work produced.

How billing works

  1. Monthly programs are billed monthly in advance.
  2. The first month is due at signing.
  3. There are no setup fees on any package.
  4. After the minimum term, 30 days written notice ends the engagement.
  5. There is no auto-renewal into a new fixed term. After the minimum, every program runs month to month.

One-time work, FROST builds and automation projects, is billed against the written scope, and the payment schedule is set out in that scope before work starts. Anything outside the scope is quoted in writing before it is done.

Exclusive market partnerships are billed as a flat monthly partnership fee or per qualified lead, set per market. Per-lead billing follows the written lead policy, which defines what counts and what is credited.

Every invoice maps to a line in the agreement. If a month includes work outside the written scope, it was quoted and approved in writing first. There are no surprise line items and no charges for access to the people doing your work.

Not a fit

Published prices work as a filter in both directions. If one of these describes you, we are the wrong firm, and it is better to know before you apply.

  • You need results in thirty days.
  • You are shopping for the cheapest option.
  • You do not have a working sales process to receive leads.
  • You want gray-hat shortcuts: bought links, fake reviews, tactics that risk a penalty.
  • You want to be told what you want to hear.

The full criteria, and the industries we know best, are on who we work with, and who we turn away.

Frequently asked

Why publish prices at all?

Because hiding them wastes both our time. A buyer who cannot meet a floor should know before the call, not after it. Published floors and terms also make the commitment easy to check: what you read here is what goes in the agreement.

Can I start smaller?

Yes, in scope, not in quality. A single automation project or a FROST build is one project with no retainer. The floors exist because below them the work cannot be done properly.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

No. The fee reflects the work done each month, not a bet on how long you stay. After the minimum term every program runs month to month, so you are never locked into a longer term to get a better rate.

What if I cancel inside the minimum term?

The minimum term is written into the agreement you sign, so fees for that term remain due. The work completed to that point, and its documentation, is still yours. After the minimum, 30 days written notice ends the engagement.

Do the prices include ad spend?

No. WynterIX does not run paid ads as a service line at launch, so no package includes ad spend or ad management. Our work is websites, organic search, AI visibility, and automation.

Do you take equity or a share of revenue?

No. Our packages are flat monthly fees or one-time project fees. Exclusive market partnerships are a flat monthly fee or a per-qualified-lead fee, set per market.

What payment methods do you accept?

We invoice monthly in advance for programs and against the written scope for projects. Accepted payment methods are confirmed in the agreement before signing. Nothing is charged before the agreement is signed.

Do you work outside the US?

Not at launch. WynterIX works with US businesses only. If that changes, this answer will change with it.
