PARTNERSHIP // ONE MARKET, ONE PARTNER
Exclusive market partnerships: we own the property, you own every lead from it.
An Exclusive Market Partnership gives one contractor exclusive leads from a property WynterIX builds, owns, and ranks for one service in one metro. Every inbound call and form goes to that partner alone. One partner per market, in writing, under a written Lead Policy. The market is closed to everyone else while the partner holds it.
How it works
A ranking property is a website built to appear in search results for one service in one area. WynterIX selects the market, builds the property, and does the work to rank it. Then we dedicate every call and form it produces to a single partner business.
Market selection
We screen a service and a metro for real demand, page-one difficulty (how hard it is to reach the first page of Google), and ticket size. Only markets where the jobs are worth winning go forward.
Build and rank
We build a dedicated property for that service in that metro and do the ranking work at our own cost. Nothing is offered to a partner until it produces inbound demand.
Partner onboarding
We qualify one business that answers quickly and does the work well. The territory, covered service, fee structure, and Lead Policy are agreed in writing.
Exclusive delivery
Every call and form routes to the partner only, over a tracked line with call recordings, with a monthly statement of every lead delivered.
Why we own the property
This is the one thing WynterIX builds that the client does not own. We state it plainly here and on our pricing page. Everything we build for clients in our other programs becomes theirs.
The reason is risk. WynterIX funds the build and the ranking work before any partner is signed, and carries the cost if a market underperforms. Owning the asset is what makes that risk worth taking.
The partner gets the pipeline without the build cost, the ranking wait, or the upkeep. What the partner owns is every lead the property produces during the partnership, and every client relationship that comes from those leads.
If you would rather own the property and the pipeline outright, that is a different program. A client acquisition system builds search visibility, automation, and conversion on your own site, under your name.
One partner per market, in writing
- Exclusivity is defined by service and metro, and written into the partnership agreement.
- A taken market is closed. We do not add a second partner or offer the market to a competitor while you hold it.
- No shared leads. A call from the property goes to one business, not to three contractors racing for the same homeowner.
- No resold calls. A lead delivered to you is never sold again to anyone.
This is the difference from a lead marketplace, where the same inquiry is often sold to several businesses at once and the fastest dialer wins. There, you compete for every lead you pay for. Here, you do not. The full comparison is in our article on exclusive leads versus lead marketplaces.
What counts as a lead
A qualified lead is a real inquiry, for the covered service, from within the covered territory. That definition is written into our Lead Policy, which every partner reviews before signing.
Credited, not charged
Wrong numbers, solicitations and sales calls, callers outside the covered territory, duplicate inquiries from the same caller, and requests for services the partnership does not cover.
Calls are tracked and recorded where the law permits, so a disputed lead is checked against the recording rather than argued from memory. The monthly statement lists every lead, so the partner can verify what was delivered line by line.
What it costs
A partnership is priced one of two ways, set per market: a flat monthly partnership fee, or a fee per qualified lead. The trade, the metro, and the typical job size decide which structure fits. The published floors for both are on the pricing page.
- No setup fee.
- Ninety-day minimum, then month to month.
- Thirty days written notice to end the partnership.
- Ongoing ranking work on the property at WynterIX's cost.
We do not take a percentage of your jobs by default. If a partner asks for a performance structure, we discuss it case by case.
Which services and markets
We build partnerships in high-ticket home services and trades, where jobs run from roughly $4,000 and up. That ticket size justifies a dedicated property, and it attracts partners who treat every call as worth answering.
We have screened hundreds of markets for demand, page-one difficulty, and ticket size. We do not publish which services or metros are open, because a public list is a map for anyone who wants to copy it. Availability is confirmed by application.
If your market is taken, it stays closed while the partner holds it. If it is open, or on our list to build, we tell you directly. The same economics shape our other work in home services and trades.

MEASURABLE: Qualified leads per month and cost per qualified lead
MONTHS 7 TO 12
Defend and expand
New markets, new service lines, more of what worked.
MEASURABLE: Growth against the month six baseline
Properties are offered to partners only once they produce inbound demand. The partner's first leads arrive in the first weeks, not months, because the ranking work is already done. The phases above describe the property's ongoing ranking work, which continues every month at our cost.
Volume grows as the property matures, and the monthly statement shows the trend lead by lead. The ninety-day minimum is the shortest period in which volume and quality can be judged fairly, by you and by us. Partnerships follow the same standards as every engagement, set out in how we work.
Frequently asked
How is this different from a lead marketplace?
A marketplace often sells the same inquiry to several businesses at once, so you race competitors for every lead you pay for. Here, every lead from the property goes to one partner and is never resold. The terms are written down in a Lead Policy, not buried in a platform agreement.
Do I get the website?
No. WynterIX builds, funds, and owns the property, and we state that plainly before you sign. You own every lead it sends you and every client relationship that comes from those leads. If you want a site of your own, that is a separate website project.
Can my competitor buy it too?
No. One partner per market, in writing. While you hold the market, it is closed to every other business, and no lead from it is shared or resold.
What if the leads are bad?
The Lead Policy defines a qualified lead and lists what is credited: wrong numbers, solicitations, out-of-area callers, duplicates, and non-covered services. Calls are recorded where the law permits, so disputes are settled against the recording. You pay for qualified leads, not for noise.
Can I cancel?
Yes. After the ninety-day minimum, the partnership runs month to month and either side can end it with 30 days written notice. When a partnership ends, the market may be offered to another partner.
Do you take a percentage of jobs?
Not by default. Fee structures are flat monthly or per qualified lead, set per market. If a partner asks for a performance structure, we discuss it case by case.
Can I have more than one market?
Yes, if each market is open and you can serve it well. Each market is a separate partnership with its own territory and terms. We will not assign a market to a partner who cannot answer and work the calls it produces.
How do you pick markets?
We screen for real search demand, how hard page one is to reach, whether typical jobs clear our ticket-size floor, and whether a clear, credible property can be built for the service. A market that fails any one of these tests is not built. The ones that pass are built and ranked before any partner is offered them.
