Growth systems for professional service firms with high-value engagements.
WynterIX builds growth systems for consulting, accounting, advisory, and specialist B2B firms whose engagements are high in value and slow to close. We make the firm visible where buyers research and in the AI answers they ask for a shortlist. Then we build the system that turns that research into booked conversations.
The buyer researches, then asks an AI
A buyer choosing a consultant or an advisory firm rarely searches once and calls. They read for weeks. They compare published thinking, look at the partners behind the firm, and ask colleagues who they trust.
Increasingly they also ask an AI assistant for a shortlist. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews assemble that shortlist from sources they already trust. A firm that is absent from those sources is absent from the conversation, however good its work.
That is why we run three disciplines as one program. SEO is ranking in Google's classic results. AEO, answer engine optimization, is being the direct answer in snippets and voice assistants. GEO, generative engine optimization, is being cited and recommended inside AI answers.
Authority is the product
For a professional firm, the thing being sold is judgment. The website and the content have to show that judgment before the first meeting, in the firm's own terms and from its own people.
- Answer-first pages for each service and each buyer problem, with the direct answer in the first 40 to 60 words.
- Original analysis and data pages drawn from your partners' experience, the kind AI engines cite because no one else has it.
- Expert pages for named partners, so search engines and AI models connect each person to the topics they own.
- Contributed articles and mentions in outlets named in your roadmap, earned rather than bought.
We interview your people and write the drafts. They correct the substance, and nothing is published under a partner's name without that partner's approval. This is how our generative engine optimization work runs for firms.
The acquisition system for firms
Visibility is half of it. The other half is what happens when a buyer raises a hand. A firm needs intake that separates real engagements from job seekers and vendors, routes each inquiry to the right partner, and follows up without damaging the firm's standing.
Define the qualified opportunity
In week one we agree what counts: the engagement type, the size band, and the decision role of the person inquiring.
Capture and qualify
Forms and booking built on your own accounts ask the questions a partner would ask, and route each inquiry to the right person.
Follow up on a long cycle
Sequences keep useful material in front of a buyer for months, without the pressure that makes a firm look desperate.
Attribute to the source
Every opportunity is tagged in your CRM, the system where you track leads and deals, with the page that produced it.
This is our client acquisition system applied to a firm, measured as qualified opportunities per month and what each one cost. Floors and terms are published on pricing.
What to expect, and when
MONTH 1
Foundations
Technical fixes, tracking, content architecture, first builds.
MEASURABLE: Crawl health, indexation, baseline citations
MONTHS 2 TO 3
Activation
Pages live, entity and schema work, first AI citations, first ranking movement on long-tail terms.
MEASURABLE: Impressions, first page-two and page-one entries, first AI mentions
MONTHS 4 TO 6
Compounding
Head terms move, citation share grows, automation is fully wired, leads are attributed.
MEASURABLE: Qualified leads per month and cost per qualified lead
MONTHS 7 TO 12
Defend and expand
New markets, new service lines, more of what worked.
MEASURABLE: Growth against the month six baseline
Professional services moves slower than consumer search, because buyers take longer and the content needs partner time. Month one sets the fact base and the page architecture, and the first authority pieces go live in months two to three. From month four, qualified conversations tied to their source are the measure.
Your sales cycle adds its own delay on top. We report opportunities opened, not only engagements signed, so progress is visible before the cycle closes.
Frequently asked
Do you offer exclusive lead partnerships for law firms?
No. WynterIX does not offer exclusive lead partnerships for law firms. Our partnerships are limited to home services and trades. A law firm can still work with us on its own site through a search or acquisition program.
Who writes the content?
We do, from interviews with your people. Your partners correct the substance and approve anything published under their names. You own all of it at the end of the term.
How long before we see qualified conversations?
Plan on the compounding phase, months four to six, for a steady flow of qualified opportunities. Earlier signals come first: impressions, first rankings, and first AI mentions. Our minimum term is ninety days because nothing we do is measurable sooner.
Can you work with our existing website?
Often, yes. If the site is sound, we build on it. If it is slow or cannot carry the content, we will say so and scope a rebuild.
Do you run LinkedIn or other paid campaigns?
No. Paid ads are not a WynterIX service line. We build the owned search, AI visibility, and intake systems that keep working when a campaign ends.
What does a qualified opportunity mean for a firm?
A real inquiry from a decision maker, for a service you offer, within the size band you set. We agree the exact definition in week one and report against it every month.
