RESULTS // OPERATING RECORD

Results, reported the way we report them to clients.

WynterIX publishes named client results only with written client permission. Until those are cleared, this page shows the operating record: the systems the team has built and runs, what each one does, and the definitions we measure against. Every figure here describes capability, and none is presented as a client outcome.

The operating record

The work below is capability, not a client case study. It describes systems the team built and runs in production today. For each one we state what was built and what it does, and we leave out anything we cannot show.

Content system: what was built
A production content system that generates search-optimized pages from structured data. Every page passes automated QA gates, 60+ checks per page, before it can publish. Canonical facts sync across every template, internal links are planned, and publishing runs on a schedule.
Content system: what it does
It lets a business publish at volume without the errors that usually come with volume. A wrong phone number, a missing schema field, or an orphan page fails a check and never goes live. Canonical facts are the single agreed version of a business's details, and schema is code that labels those facts for machines.
AI visibility program: what was built
An AI answer-engine visibility program for a live national brand, with AI Overview citations tracked in Ahrefs Brand Radar. An AI Overview is the AI-written summary Google shows above its results. A citation is a link to a source page inside that summary.
AI visibility program: what it does
It shows whether the brand is cited when buyers ask the questions that matter. It also directs the page and entity work that earns more citations. We do not publish a citation count without the brand's permission.
Market screening pipeline: what was built
A portfolio pipeline for the ranking properties WynterIX owns. It screens markets for demand, reads how hard page one is to reach, applies ticket-size floors, and screens exact-match domains, meaning domain names that match the search phrase.
Market screening pipeline: what it does
It decides which markets are worth building in before anything is built. Hundreds of markets have been screened. We do not publish the markets or the services.

The same systems sit behind the work we do for clients: the search visibility program, the generative engine optimization work, and the exclusive market partnerships.

How we measure

Every engagement is measured against definitions agreed in week one and written into the 12-month roadmap. These three carry the most weight. SEO, AEO, and GEO are the three search disciplines behind them: ranking in Google's classic results, being the direct answer, and being cited inside AI answers.

Qualified opportunity
A real inquiry from a buyer who fits the service, the territory, and the size band the client sets, from someone who can make or influence the decision. Wrong numbers, solicitations, job seekers, and duplicates do not count.
Citation share
The share of a fixed panel of buyer questions in which AI engines cite or name the client, checked monthly across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. It is the core GEO measure, and the raw prompts and results are shared with the client.
Cost per qualified lead
Total spend on the engagement in a period, divided by the qualified leads it produced in that period. It is one number, reported monthly, so a client can compare it with what a new customer is worth.

Rankings, impressions, and traffic are reported too, as leading signals. They are not the result. The result is qualified opportunities and what each one cost, and every client receives the same three artifacts that report them.

  • ARTIFACT 01

    The written 12-month roadmap

Delivered in week one. Every page to build or fix, every search phrase targeted, and what is measurable in each month.

  • ARTIFACT 02

    The monthly measurement report

What moved, what did not, and what changes next. Rankings, impressions, AI citations, calls, and form leads by page, with the raw prompts behind the AI numbers.

  • ARTIFACT 03

    The handover documentation

How every system works, where it lives, and how to edit it. Written so any competent developer can take over without calling us.

A radar sweep over a fixed panel of buyer questions, checked the same way every month.

Named results

Named client results are published here only with the client's written permission. We will not publish a name, a logo, a quote, or a number without it, and we will not invent one to fill this space. As clients approve their results, this list will grow.
